I was reading an article at CNN about numerology and psychics and what a few of these practitioners had to say about Michael Jackson. It’s nonsense, but what fascinated me enough to write this is a blatantly obvious contradiction that no person who goes to these “supernatural psychologists” can possibly be unaware of. Think about it. These people are so unhappy with their personal, romantic, and professional lives and so confused as to what to do about it, they seek out the help of people who know even less about it than they do. The contradiction is they use their own judgment to know they’re wrong, yet they think the psychics are right. It doesn’t seem possible.

I think the best way to prove to anyone who has the ability to think for oneself that religion is a bad idea is to simply explain clearly what religion is.
